E-Zee Tear® Waffle, is an extremely stable, soft, perforated Tear Away that tears easily and leaves no residue. This is a great choice for infant and children's wear.
E-Zee Tear® Washaway should be used when ever the back of the finished product will be seen by the end user such as linens and towels.
E-Zee Weblon No Show or Poly Mesh should be used when you need a fine gauge Cut Away backing for any fabric that requires extra stability, such as lightweight knits and delicate fabrics. Neither backing will show through light colored or lightweight fabrics. Weblon contains no formaldehyde.
E-Zee COMFORT JUST RIGHT is a smooth feeling cover all that is fused to the back sides of finished embroidery. Perfect for children and infant wear…it’s great for any one with sensitive skin.
How to Use E-Zee Comfort Just Right
• Cut a piece of E-Zee Comfort Just Right about a half inch larger around than the finished embroidery design. Rounding the corners will prevent them from lifting during the wash cycle.
• Turn the garment wrong side out and place the “rough” side of the E-Zee Comfort Just Right piece face down, covering the back side of the embroidery design.
• Press on using an iron at a temperature between 250º -270ºF for about 10-20 seconds. Always test with the lowest temperature and the shortest time first, adding more temperature and time if necessary.
• Allow garment to cool completely before testing its adhesion
Adhesive Backings should be used for items that are difficult to hoop.
Heat Seal products are used to permanently bond and appliqué to a garment or other fabric. Great for logos, patches or emblems.
