We are searching for a full-time Warehouse Representative.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to picking, packing, receiving and shipping packages to customers, assisting with inventory and cycle counts and communicating with customers, as well as other company locations.
This is a high volume environment that requires a dependable self-starter, a sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and computer literacy.
Must be able to work a 40 hour work week and have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
You must be a self-starter. UPS system knowledge is a plus.

Madeira USA has an immediate opening for a detail oriented
Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance Team in Laconia, NH.
In this role you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices while ensuring accurate and timely payments, closing and reconciling AP and GL accounts, greeting visitors in the main office and assisting the Director of Finance.
Attention to detail, organization and the ability to multi-task are essential with this position.
Knowledge of AP and general ledger software preferred.
