| The pens are used to touch up show-through bobbin thread. This means, however, that they should be used only in very small areas. Show through bobbin thread can be covered with just a touch of the tip of the pen. Marking up large areas can result in ink seepage through the bobbin fiber into the thread and finally into the garment. It is important to test the pens on a piece of scrap material to get the feel for the way they work. A little time testing can prevent discouraging results which could occur from improper handling.
